• Ensuring they have the right to use the accounts they submit
• Complying with the terms of service of the respective social media platforms
• Not using our services for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials

4. Payment Terms

All services must be paid for in advance. Payments are processed through secure payment gateways. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and are not guaranteed for completed orders unless there is a service failure on our part.

5. Service Delivery

We strive to deliver services within the estimated timeframes. However, delivery times may vary based on service type, quantity, and platform policies. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party platforms or account restrictions.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

• Service not delivered within the specified timeframe (subject to review)
• Service failure due to technical issues on our end
• Duplicate orders (must be reported within 24 hours)

Refunds are not available for:

• Orders cancelled by the user after processing has begun

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zefoy and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
